DMCA & Copyright Policy
Boldprint ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Boldprintee website (the "Site") that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that any content, product designs (including graphics on our washed tees, hoodies, sweatshirts, etc.), or materials on our Site infringe upon your copyrights, please submit a DMCA Takedown Notice by following the instructions below.
1. How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice
To request the removal of infringing material, please provide our Copyright Agent with a written notice containing the following information:

Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, please provide a representative list of such works.

Identification of the Infringing Material: A description of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled. Please provide the exact URL(s) or specific product pages (e.g., a specific washed hoodie or tee) to help us locate the material.

Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.

Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2. How to File a DMCA Counter-Notice
If you believe that your material or product listing was removed (or access to it was disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notice with our Copyright Agent. The Counter-Notice must contain the following:

Your physical or electronic signature.

Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction of any judicial district in which Boldprint may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Boldprint has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users, suppliers, or partners who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
