Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Boldprint! We are thrilled to create custom, print-on-demand products just for you. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will be processed and delivered.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or shipping to U.S. territories outside of the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Order Processing Time

Because our items are uniquely printed on demand, they require a brief production period before they are shipped.

  • Processing & Production Time: 1-2 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Transit Time: 2-5 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 2-7 business days (Processing Time + Transit Time).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather delays, carrier issues, and peak holiday seasons may occasionally extend these timeframes.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information usually updates within 24 hours.

Multiple Packages

Because we partner with specialized print facilities to bring you the highest quality products, items in the same order may occasionally be fulfilled from different locations. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You will receive tracking information for every package shipped.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We want to ensure you receive your Boldprint gear!

  • Delayed Packages: If your package has not arrived within 10 days of placing your order, please contact our support team immediately so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.
  • Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Boldprint is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure your delivery address is a secure location.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize you have made an error, please contact us immediately within 24 hours. If the order has already entered the production or shipping phase, we cannot change the address or offer a refund for packages delivered to the wrong location due to customer error.
